點(diǎn)菜有兩種方式,一是 a la carte（ 隨 意 點(diǎn) 菜 ）,一是 table d'hote 或 fixed price meal（份飯,套餐）,後一種有幾道固定的菜肴和飲料,價(jià)格也是固定的.它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)就是方便快捷,點(diǎn)菜時(shí)只需指著菜單說(shuō) ：
　　Please give me this one.

　　（ 我 們 要 兩 份 第 八 套 餐.）
　　在 點(diǎn) 菜 之 前,一 般 先 要 份 菜 單 ：

　　如 果 不 急 於 點(diǎn) 菜,可 以 在 服 務(wù) 生 問 到 ：
　　Can I take your order now?

　　回 答 ：
　　Not quite.Could I have a few more minutes?

　　需 要 叫 菜 時(shí),可 以 說(shuō) ：

　　（ 我 要 一 份 和 那 個(gè) 一 樣 的.）
　　自 己 點(diǎn) 菜 可 以 更 隨 意 些,例 如 ：
