Sports are popular in China now.More and more people are willing to take part in sports of different kinds,such as table-tennis,football,volleyball,and so on.Every year there are many matches played on the city,and they are no longer limited to a few professional players.
現(xiàn)在運(yùn)動(dòng)在中國(guó)很流行,越來(lái)越多人樂(lè)意參加各種運(yùn)動(dòng),像乒乓球、足球、排球等等.每年都有很多運(yùn)動(dòng)賽在各城市舉行,運(yùn)動(dòng)不再只限給專業(yè)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員了.
Early in the morning people may be seen doing exercise.Martial arts (like Chinese boxing) which formerly were cultivated for self-defense,now have become a form of physical exercise and are practiced in parks,streets,gardens,or on campuses.In addition young and old people are also often seen running in order to build up their bodies.
每天早上,都可看見(jiàn)很多人在運(yùn)動(dòng).武術(shù)（像太極拳）以前都是用于防衛(wèi)的,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)變成是一種強(qiáng)身健體的運(yùn)動(dòng)了.每天都可看見(jiàn)人們?cè)诠珗@、大街、花園或校園里鍛煉身體.還有,經(jīng)常看見(jiàn)不論老人還是青年都在跑步,他們也是為了強(qiáng)身健體.
China promotes sports to enhance the physical condition of its people.It awards prizes to the excellent players for the best records both in china and the world.In the world the Chinese have become a strong people instead of “the weaklings of East Asia”.
我國(guó)發(fā)揚(yáng)運(yùn)動(dòng),是為了提高人們的身體素質(zhì).運(yùn)動(dòng)還為國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的參與者提供獎(jiǎng)勵(lì).在世界上,中國(guó)人是一個(gè)強(qiáng)壯的民族,而不再是“東亞病夫”.
