In my point of view, although online friends cannot be always trusted, the benefits far out weighthe risks. First of all, it is easy and quick to get to know people and make new friends online.We can also practice our English in speaking and writing.
From my perspective, making friends online is amazing. Chatting with people from different places and social back grounds is surely an effective way to understand other cultures and develop cross-cultural communication skills.
