A healthy diet is very important for a dancer.I need lots of energy to dance.lt's very easy for me to get tired when I dance.I need to keep fit.l seldom eat sweet snacks like cakes,sweets or drink Coke between meals.There is too much sugar in them.They give me energy,but they are not healthy.
I usually have fruit and vegetables because I want to be healthy.I always eat an apple for breakfast and I often drink some milk and eat some bread.I eat lunch every day.For dinner,l usually eat meat and vegetables.After dinner,I sometimes have an orange or banana.
