As EHS China Manager,he will develop,lead and co-ordinate all environmental,health and safety programs for whole operation and business units of China,toensure full compliance with company corporate policies and standard,and local laws and requirements.
Co-ordinating with plant and business leader,he will participate actively in the operation and business planning process and safety assurance reviews to ensure reinforcement of safety procedures.Serve as an advisor to site management,a consultant to the site organization and co-ordinator of the overall safety organization.
Resource the site organization on employee health & safety,site fire protection,site emergency preparedness & response, distribution safety,product stewardship,process safety, waste management & minimization,contractor safety,environmental control and community awareness.
