Direct employment effects Foreign direct investments can create jobs in the developing countries.First of all,it creates jobs directly.There is some quotes limit the imports and protect the domestic products in each countries,the effective way to develop these market is to investment directly,such as establishing branches,distribution centers or factories.Recruiting the local people not only help the MNEs is familiar with the local situations,but also卜ewer the labor cost,which is another attractive element to the MNEs.Especially in the developing countries,the labor cost is much less than it in developed countries,and the less labor cost can reduce much cost of whole products.It also helps to reduce the pressure of unemployment of developing countries

Secondly,foreign direct investment creates jobs indirectly.Indirect effects arise when jobs are created in local suppliers as a result of the investment and when jobs are created because of increased local spending by employees of MNEs’(Hill,2002).The indirect employment effects should be larger than the direct employment effects in developing countries.When MNEs invested in developing countries,they always affect many aspects of the economy,and stimulate not only the industries they invested,but also the related,or even competitive industries
