Under the regulations and requirements of the Ordiance for the company,the Board members ,in order to cater to the requirements of the Branch Register,can modify or erect the approriate items in the ordiance willingly.不好意思，英語(yǔ)是法律原文，是我的中文翻譯的對(duì)不對(duì)……我覺得是可以改一下的branch register我查到的意思是 一些股份分級(jí)登記場(chǎng)所這里我覺得你沒有翻譯出來(lái)的是keep，kept的意思這個(gè)使用了倒裝如果改一下應(yīng)該是cause the branch register of members resident in this territory to be kept 意思是是位于該區(qū)域的子公司成員保留所以我覺得可以改為根據(jù)該章程或在其允許范圍內(nèi)，公司或者代表公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可以保留某一區(qū)域的子公司成員，并可以為此制定或者修改該章程中的相應(yīng)條款，以此保留這樣的子公司。
