Environmental Protection
Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.
Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.
Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve(保存） our natural resources and recycle（再循環(huán)） our products.We are sure that we can have a better and cleaner place in the future.
Pollution
As the world is getting more densely populated, pollution presents a severe problem. More people make more waste. All this waste is polluting our surroundings.
Pollution has a bad influence on our life. The air is pollnted by the smoke and fog coming out of the factory chimneys. Plants die for want of fresh air. The river is polluted and the fish are unfit to live. There is noise pollution made by cars and factories, etc, which hurts the ear.
It is high time we did something about pollution. I suggest more trees be planted to keep the air fresh. We should purify the water and make use of the wastes and turn harm into good.
By cur common efforts, we will make a clean and purified environment for life and work.

隨著世界人口密度的增長(zhǎng),污染成了嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題.人多產(chǎn)生的廢物就多.所有的垃圾都在污染環(huán)境.
污染嚴(yán)重地影響我們的生活.工廠的煙囪里冒出的煙霧污染空氣.植物由于缺少新鮮空氣而枯死.河流污染,魚不能生存.汽車、工廠發(fā)出噪音對(duì)人耳有害.
是對(duì)污染采取措施的時(shí)候了.我建議多植樹以保持空氣新鮮.我們應(yīng)該使水凈化,利用廢物,轉(zhuǎn)害為利.
通過(guò)共同努力,我們將創(chuàng)造一個(gè)清潔、美麗的生活、工作環(huán)境.
