1. My family rules
There are many rules at my house. I have to get up at six o'clock and be home by 6:30pm.on weekdays. I have to do my homework after school.I can't watch TV and play computer games on school nights. I have to stay at home instead of my friends’ home on school nights . I should clean up my room every morning and we take turns to take out the trush and wash dishes. My parents don’t allow me to stay up until 11:00 pm because teenagers should sleep for 8~9 hours . I think the most strict rule is that my parents do not allow me to watch TV at night ,thought it is good for me .I can't do it .I think it is a good way to have a rest . Although I don’t agree with some of the ruls, I know my parents love me so I always obey my family rules.
2.我的書房
Look at my study. When you enter it, you will see a bookshelf on the left corner. There are hundreds of different books and magazines on it. Next to the bookshelf there is a desk and a chair where I study there. There is a record, a lamp and a computer on it. I often do my homework, listen to the tapeand surf the internet there. There is a picture of movie star on the wall. My studyis always clean and tidy. I like it very much.
3.A trip to the beach
It was sunny and warm today. I went to the beach near my home with my best friend Jim. It took us twenty minutes to get there by bike. We walked on the beach, played games, swam in the sea and built up a sand castle. We didn't go home until 5:00 in the afternoon. Although we felt tired, we were happy because we really had a good time.
4.A visit to the zoo.
went to the zoo with my friends last Sunday. It was hot and sunny that day. It took us about two hours to get there by bus. There were thousands of people in the zoo. We saw lots of animals, such as, pandas, kangaroos, polar bears, gifaffes, elephants, tigers, wolves, snakes and so on. We also saw the elephant show. The elephants were so clever that they could do lots of things like us. At noon we had a picnic in the zoo. And then we thew the rubbish into the dustbin. We didn't go home until 5:00 in the afternoon. Although we were tired, we felt happy.
5. 游覽長城
How are things going. Now let me tell you something about my trip to the Great Wall. I went to the Great Wall with my friends Li Leilast Sunday. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. It was hot and sunny that day. There were thousands of people on the wall. We walked on the wall about two hours. We met a group of foreigner and talked with them in English. I bought a book about the Great wall and my friend bought a pair of sunglasses. We ate our lunch at arestaurent. We didn't go home until 3:00 in the afternoon. Although we were tired, we felt very happy.
6.家鄉(xiāng)的變化
There are lots of changes in our hometown these days. In the past, people lived in old and low houses. The rivers were dirty. People used to go to work on foot or by bike. There used to be narrow roads. The living condition was poor. But now, there are high buildings everywhere. The river is clean and clear. People take a bus or drive cars to go to work. The ring roads become wider and wider. People's living condition becomes better and better. They can have comfortable life.
7.My pet dog
I have a pet dog named Lucky. It has white and soft furs with two small ears and a long tail. It is given by my aunt as my birthday. It is so friendly and lovely that we all love it very much. It likes playing balls outside so I often take it our for a walk. It also likes to be clean so I wash it and make it clean twice every week. I often feed it with dog food and saussages. It likes one of my best friend.
8.My English teacher
Miss Wang is our English teacher. She has been teaching us English for two years. She is slim and pretty with two big eyes. She is kind, warm-hearted and she is an excellent teahcer. She can always make her class interesting. Many of us are lucky enough to be one of her students and we all experience her kindness and friendly assitance. We thank her for all her hard work. With her help, most of us get good grades in English. She is so kind and helpful that we love her very much.
9My best friend
Li Hua is my best friend. She is slim and beautiful with apair of glasses. She is friendly and generous. She is good at English and I am good at maths so we often help each other. Her interests similar to mine, she likes traveling, reading and playing table tennis. She is the most knowledgeable person I have ever known. No matter what you ask, she can always find a perfect answer in her brilliant brain. We often play table tennis on weekend andsometimeswe go to movies on Sundays.
10 健康的生活方式
I have many healthy habits. I neither smoke nor drink. I never stay up late so I have enough sleep every day. I also have good eating habits, such as, having three healthy meals every day. I eat fuit and vegetables every day because they are rich in vitamines which are good for our health. I also drink milk every day because milk can make our bone strong. I sedom eat junk food because it is bad for our health. I always wash my hands in time and brush my teeth twice a day. Besides, I do exercise at least an hour every day and I often take a bath. With good healthy habits I stay in good health.
11 如何學英語
Learning English just like learning any other language, is hard work so my first advice is to spend much time practicing using English every day. Besides, we should listen to the teacher and take notes carefully in class. Go over what is learnt regularly and finish doing our homework carefully. Listen to English radio programmes, read English stories and newspapers, watch English films and TV programmes ,keep a diary in English and attend English debbates and speech contests. If we make mistakes, correct them at once and try not to make the same mistakes. What's more, we should look up new words in the dictionary before class and prepare each lesson carefully before class. I believe if we work hard and have good ways of learning English, we will learn English well.
12 My favorite season
There are four seasons. Spring, summer, autumn and winter. My favorite season is winter. Although it is cold in winter, it sometimes snows heavily then I can play with snow. I like have a now fight with my friends and make snowman. I also like skiing and skating so I often go skiing and skating with my friends in winter. What's more, I like the winter vacation and the Spring Festival. So winter is my favorite season.
