After termination of this Agreement X shall have the option to purchase,either by itself or through a third party designated by it,part or all PRODUCT and advertising materials in DISTRIBUTOR’s possession,reimbursing DISTRIBUTOR at actual cost.
This option shall be exercisable at any time during the six month period immediately folloeing the effective date of termination..In the event that X does not exercise such right,or until X exercises such right,DISTRIBUTOR may continue to sell PRODUCT then in its possession in good condition under the TRADEMARK.
Until X exercises such right or until complete exhaustion of the stock of PRODUCT,DISTRIBUTOR shall be excused from the obligation under Clause 17(a).
