get和arrive的用法區(qū)別

get和arrive都有“到達(dá)”之意,但他們與不同的介詞搭配使用,get 與to一起使用；而 arrive 與in/at一起使用.如：

When they got to/ arrived in Beijing, it was midnight.

They （） lots of money.
此句意為“他們掙/賺好多錢(qián)”,所以 用make,如用get,意為“得到好多錢(qián)”,句子就應(yīng)寫(xiě)成：They will get/have got lots of money.

 Some jobs aren't different but they are (kind) of boring.
   kind of  修飾形容詞時(shí), 意為：有一點(diǎn), 此處指這些工作“有一點(diǎn)無(wú)聊”.

Many people （works) until they are 55 or 60 years old
Many people意為“許多人” ,其中people 是集合名詞,是復(fù)數(shù)意義,與動(dòng)詞的復(fù)數(shù)形式一起使用 所以用work, 而不能用works.

The teacher all () to the students.They are（） their parents to students
     good和like填空

The teacher are (good) to the students.They are（like） their parents to students

短語(yǔ)be good to sb 意為“對(duì)某人很好”； be like sb/ sth 意為“像.一樣”.全句句意為：

老師對(duì)學(xué)生很好,他們就像父母對(duì)孩子一樣.
