兩者區(qū)別不大：one in a million = one out of a million,本意是“每百萬(wàn)...就有一個(gè)/百萬(wàn)分之一”,只不過(guò)前者可以引申為“鳳毛麟角,百/萬(wàn)里挑一,佼佼者”的意思.
