    2、炒鍋內(nèi)倒入適量油燒熱,放入豬肉翻炒5分鐘,把油炒出來(lái)后盛出
    3、把鍋洗干凈后放入2湯匙清水,水開后倒入白糖,當(dāng)白糖變成氣泡時(shí)放入炒過(guò)的豬肉翻炒兩下,然后倒入老抽、料酒一起翻炒2分鐘
    4、把肉倒入砂鍋(也可使用炒肉的鐵鍋),放入大蔥、生姜、八角、陳皮、桂皮和香葉再倒小半杯清水使肉都浸在湯汁里,調(diào)入少許鹽,蓋上鍋蓋小火燜1個(gè)小時(shí)即可
