1 banana,milk 1 bag (250ml),some ice,vanilla ice cream 1 box.
Practices:
1,first install fresh bag of ice,into the microwave oven over high heat for about 20 seconds,and then Zacheng small pieces with a rolling pin,and then break into a blender; (be sure to break the ice,if the call will go bananas into skateboarding,and hard to break out);
2 bananas cut into small pieces,put into blender,add milk; beating for 30 seconds;

香蕉奶昔的制作：
材料：
香蕉1根,牛奶1袋（250ml),冰塊若干、香草冰激淋1盒.
做法：
1、先將冰塊裝保鮮袋中,放進微波爐用高火加熱20秒左右,然后用搟面杖砸成小塊,然后放到攪拌機里打碎；(一定要把冰先打碎,如果把把香蕉放進去再打就會滑滑的,很難打碎了）；
2、香蕉切小塊,放入攪拌機,加入牛奶；再打30秒；
3、裝杯,用挖球器挖出三個香草冰激淋,放在上面即可.
小提示：
沒有攪拌機的朋友,可以先將冰塊裝保鮮袋中,放進微波爐用高火加熱20秒左右,然后用搟面杖砸成碎就可以了.
