Hello, Tony ! I am writing to tell you something about smoke . What a big surpriseit is to me that you are a smoker. Smoking will do bad to your health ,especially to your lung. What's more ,it will also pollute the air around us.So I would like you to stop smoking . I think the following suggestions will help you. Taking exercise can help to turn your attention .
