傳1:14c 我見日光之下所作的一切事,都是虛空,都是捕風.
I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and,behold,all is vanity and vexation of spirit.
傳1:17 我又專心察明智慧,狂妄,和愚昧.乃知這也是捕風.

Better is an handful with quietness,than both the hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.
傳4:16 他所治理的眾人,就是他的百姓,多得無數(shù).在他后來的人,尚且不喜悅他.這真是虛空,也是捕風.
There is no end of all the people,even of all that have been before them:they also that come after shall not rejoice in him.Surely this also is vanity and vexation of spirit.
傳6:9 眼睛所看的,比心里妄想的倒好.這也是虛空,也是捕風.
