I'm sorry all those rooms are booked.But we have a double room at the 15th floor,and also can see scenery.How about it?

A：對不起,今天是中秋節(jié),這是我們酒店最后一間客房.

A：實(shí)在抱歉,我們飯店的客房已經(jīng)滿了.因?yàn)槟c(diǎn)之前還沒到,我們已經(jīng)把您的房間租給了別的客人.
I'm very sorry,all the rooms are booked.As you didn't checked in before 6:00 pm,we rent your room to other customers.
李：我早就打電話通知了你們飯店我會晚點(diǎn)到,你們也同意了.你們的行為太不負(fù)責(zé)任了.
I infromed you i would check in later and you agreed to that.You are so imresponsible.
