As the expansion of college enrollment, there are more and more college students live outside the campus. Although renting a house is not strange in nowadays, this phenomenon still needs attention. First of all, as the universities enrolled more students than before, they can’t provide enough living rooms for them. Most of the universities will choose to build reaching building first rather than the dormitory. Secondly, as young people open their mind, some students tend to live outside with their girlfriend or boyfriend. Under this reason, we need to scrutinize the social condition and college education, which are the roots of such kind of phenomenon. Therefore, only carry out relative measures as well as regulations can stop and control this situation.
