Guess what I got an “A” on my English test !I always get good grades in English now and I’m sure this is because of our letters to each other.Most of the students in my class don’t use English at all outside of the classroom or in their homework .It’s foreign language for them .For me it has become a second language .I read a lot in English as well as write letters to you.

The weather has been very cold here but I love the snow .I have a homemade sled that I take up the hill behind my house.There is also a lake not far away and it freezes for much of the winter .The ice is thick enough to skate on .

It was my birthday last week and I had a party with my friends .I was sad that you weren’t there .It’s great having you as a pen pal but it would be even better if we met sometimes .Do you think we will ever meet If you could come to France to visit me ,my parents would really like it ,and you could stay with us .
