Different people have different ideas about the kind of food.The Chinese meal is famous for its traditional flavor and as a Chinese ,you must be familiar to it,while the western-style food is opposite,it has many taste for you to choose.As the western-style food is popular among the young,there are more western-style restaurant to follow the young's fashion.But,in my opinion,l prefer to eat Chinese meal because the green vegetables is healthy for our body.We should choose the correct food to supplement nutrition.Of coures,it doesn't mean all the western-style food ,it just only a little is good, the rest is always fast food like KFC,Mc'Donals etc.You needn't think of what you want,but think more of your health.
