a) One photostated copy of valid export license issued by the relevant authorized department of the Seller’s country authorizing the Seller to export the Goods of the Contract or a statement from the Seller stating that an export license is unnecessary.
b)One original of the irrevocable Letter of Guarantee of down payment (specimen as per Annex 11) issued by a first class bank of the Seller in favor of the Buyer,covering down payment value.The Bank Guarantee will be returned upon the Buyer’s receiving of goods
c) Five copies of commercial invoice covering the value of down payment
d) Proforma Invoice for the whole Contract price in 4 copies.
e) Seller’s Bank information including name and address of the Seller,name and address of the bank,account number,swift number,IBAN,etc.
