the conclusion is basing on the data and consequent analysis of the past periodic period. so the result should be objective and reasonable. As the old saying says 'data talks'.

educational conclusion usually focuses on the whole picture and omit the individual.
according to Plato, most of conclusions will only concern the 20 percent of which takes the 80 percent of the items, so those individuals with small percentage will be omitted in the statistics.
