I only have one question to ask whoever asks me about college students having relationships.What would you do when you are in love?Some may say it distracts you from studying.You are not mature enough to take all the responsibilities.It's usually not ended up the way you anticipate it to be.That kind of love is not dependable.However,I don't see any logics in these statements.And I don't see any of those people qualified for predicting other people's lives or the future.Is the school career all about studying?Are all the adults able to take responsibilities all the time?Who can say all the relationships we see in the society have an expected outcome eventually?
Attending school is not all about studying,but it's true that part of the missions is to study.Much more than that,a student is supposed to build a personality,to develop various social skills,and to learn to be an adult.Affection is natural.You don't go for it,you are against human nature.Many of the teachers even threat students that they are going to tell their parents.Some of the better ones,not usual though,would say something like it will affect your academic performance and you don't want to go through this because none of the relationships as I can see end up in a good way.How would students understand when you explain things like this?You are scaring them out.I wonder how many of the teachers get married with their first loves.If they are that good,why did they have so many dates already in their lives?When you are in love,it may be forever or it may be not.But it worth a try.And that's how adults deal with love.It's still fine if it doesn't last forever.You lean things mostly from your failures.It gets people stronger.And that is one of the things a student should be build up with.Let them see with their eyes and let them judge with their hearts.
If you happen to fall in love with someone,you'd have to protect your love.You'd have do whatever you feel like to protect it.Because love,wondering,and feelings will never ever be as pure and exciting as you would have in the future.
