[abstract] objective: to observe the more in the treatment of theophylline infant son capillary bronchitis and the clinical curative effect of adverse reactions. Methods: the capillary bronchitises trouble were 102 cases were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group in a routine therapy combined with many cable theophylline, compared to two groups in cough, wheeze turnaround time and lung signs back to normal and the length of the hospital stay, and observe the treatment group in the process of infusion whether vomit, tachycardia and irritable and other adverse reaction. Results: treatment group in cough, wheeze turnaround time and lung signs are less than normal time control group, adverse reaction rate low, no cannot tolerate cases. Conclusion: many cable theophylline treatment capillary bronchitis is safe and effective.
