the elder i grow,the happier i will be.
maybe you will ask why i'm happier while others may say they are more pressure and unhappy.now,i will tell you something about it.First,i want to say i'm a optimists.when i' m young,my parents told me that no matter what you meet ,or just you feel happy,sad,angry ,depressed,you should have a good state of mind to it,which has infruenced me most.That is,smile to what life has given to you and don't complain everything.now,i grow elder,and i have a deep understanding to his words.for instance,i worked all day,when i went home i felt tired even depressed.but when i see my wife and children,i will smile.they smile too.their smiles are a motivation to me,and reminds me that nothing can prevent my forwarding.what i've lived for is my family.then,i will be happier.
whatever you do,you will face many challenges and feel pressure.don't be that.what we should do now is to relax ourselves.you just walk outside,breathe fresh air and think something happy,or just chat to others,then you will be relaxed and feel good.also you will be happy.
this is what i do to make me happier,maybe you have something to say,now just do it.
