1)指與某物或某處有一定的關(guān)聯(lián),或者什么東西可以做什么用
例：i belong to shanghai. 我是上海人.
this lid belongs to this jar. 這個蓋子是配這個瓶子的.
2)指xx是某團體、組織等中的一員.
例：he has never belonged to any organization. 他從不屬于任何組織.
3. belong + xx/ + with xx 指什么東西應該在什么地方
