The first pie chart tell us the fee a certain school's cost in UK,1981.We can see that 40% money was spent on teachers'
salaries,far more than any other aspect.Cost for furniture and equipment was just as much as for Resources such as
books for about 15%.The school invest the least budget in insurance only 2%.The other was for schools' other employees.
When comes to 1991,just as the second chart at right,however,the situation have changed a lot.About half of the
spending is on the salaries of teachers,10% more than 1981.The rest was of course for insurance,resources,furniture and
equipment,and other workers salaries,but the structure has varied a lot.Both for salary and for equipment was reduced
by 10%,to 22% and 5%.Insurance's cost has not been adjusted a lot.In opposite,The school's fund for resources like
books increased a bit from 15% in 1981 to 20% in 1991.
Now in 2001 like what the third graphic shows,there were some difference.The teachers' salaries receded,back to
45%,although still 5% more than 1981.From 1981 to 2001 cost of furniture first dropped down then went up,in 2001,the
number is 23%.Not as the same,spending on resources faced the small addition and great fall,from 15% to 20% then
decreased to 9%.Insurance money had been doubled in 2001.The invest in other workers' salary kept dropping from 28% to
22% to 15%.
