中華人民共和國政府根據(jù)其現(xiàn)行稅法,或根據(jù)中華人民共和國政府與賣方國家政府簽定的避免雙重征稅及防止偷逃所得稅的協(xié)定,而向賣方課征的與執(zhí)行本合同或與本合同有關(guān)的一切稅費(fèi)均由賣方負(fù)擔(dān).

All taxes in connection with the execution of this Contract levied by the Chinese government on the Seller in accordance with the tax law in effect and the agreement signed between the government of the P.R.C.and the government of the Seller’s country for the reciprocal avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on “income and property” shall be borne by the Seller.
