It's not about wearing the clothes everyone else is wearing even though they make you feel uncomfortable on the inside. loving yourself is not about depriving your body of the nutrition it needs because you need to fit into some trendy outfit. It is not about dropping your real friends and pretending to be someone you are not in order to hang out with the in crowd. it is not about running on the treadmill for 4 hours a day or drinking 14 gallons of bottled water after skipping breakfast.
Loving yourself means you have the hightest respect for your mind, body, and soul. It means you know who you are and who you want to be, it means you have great dreams and want to do everything in your power to ensure their realization. When you love yourself, you care enough about the person you are to say no to things that could possibly harm you or hace a negative effect on your life. It means you think about the outcomes and don't just act on impulse.
