用‘words’,因為words 表示（某人說的）話；
word的意思主要是：單詞/ 消息；
a word 或words 可以表示為word的單數(shù)或復(fù)數(shù)
word 如果前面不加任何冠詞它的意思一般譯為“消息”；
如：Word came that he'd drop on me tonight.有消息傳來他今晚會來拜訪我
還有就是一些固定的用法,如 ：
1、have a word with sb 意思為“和某人聊天”
eg：I wonder if I could have a word with your brother?不知道我可否與你的兄弟聊一下?
2、have words with sb 意思為“和某人吵架”
eg：It's the man that I had words with in the department store yesterday afternoon.昨天下午在百貨商店和我吵架的就是那個男的.
