[ Abstract ]: The financial management of an enterprise group is an important part of the group's business management, and the quality of the financial management will directly decide the rise and decline of the enterprise group. With the integration of economic globalization , the traditional financial management mode has not been able to adapt to the request of the new situation. Therefore, how to innovate the enterprise group's financial management and establish a financial management mode adapt to the new situation,has important theoretical and practical significance to our country enterprise groups' development.
