I am a studentof grade one , and I determined to study hard. But I have a big problemd.I always feelpretty sleepy.why are others not that tired? I sleep not less than eight hours almost every day. I alwaysbreak my study at 10.00 at night.Even though I still want to sleep. If i don't have enough sleep, I feel sleepy from morning tillnight, andthen I feel very dry in the eyes, I also feel the body is hot at intervals, is that an exothermic chemical ?what problem is with me? A disease? If not sick how exactly can I not feel tired? How to adjust? who can tell me? Help me, please.
