"擁有權(quán)與經(jīng)營權(quán)分離" 是如何適當(dāng)?shù)亟忉尙F(xiàn)代公司商業(yè)行為的
我不是學(xué)商的,一不過我想既然是分析這樣一種策略,一定是要先說這兩種權(quán)利分開能給企業(yè)帶來的好處吧,可以分為公司持有者,股東,經(jīng)營者,勞工 以及整個商業(yè)環(huán)境 等幾個方面去著手吧.

Separation of ownership and control provides a number of important economic benefits.Decision-making authority rests primarily with managers,who develop substantial expertise in the business’s operations and strategy.Shareholders can readily reduce their risk of owning shares by diversifying their investments across many corporations.This diversification reduces corporation’s cost of capital,increases productive investment,and provides enormous benefits to consumers through better,more affordable products.
將擁有權(quán)與控制權(quán)區(qū)分開來的話,在經(jīng)濟(jì)上有幾項重要的好處.做決定的權(quán)力主要是留給經(jīng)理階層或管理階層來做,因為他們對生意的運作與策略有專業(yè)的知識.而持股人可以投資許多不同的公司以降低風(fēng)險.多角化投資降低企業(yè)資本的花費,使投資更具生產(chǎn)力,并在企業(yè)可以負(fù)擔(dān)的范圍內(nèi),提供更好的產(chǎn)品給消費者.
