Sport is very important in our life.If you keep doing sports,you will get strong.With the help of sports,we will be refreshed and energetic,and it is good for our work wnd study.Everybodu wants to stay healthy.
健康：
It is important for people to keep healthy,and also,it is the dream of everybody.If you want to be in good health,you must do many exercises and have healthy and green food.Do not smoke and drink.
食物：
For the young people,they like to have junk food,because it can save their time.But,having fast food is not good for their health.I suggest that we should have our 3 meals seriously and have more vegetables and friuts.
