grill指烤,需要油啊什么的;
bake是烘,一般是在烤箱里,不需要加液體和脂肪(油)

首先，我家烤箱上同時有g(shù)rill和bake的選項，顯然都沒有明火。而且外國人做漢堡烤中間的肉餅時的確有架子，可也是有名火，并且用的是grill。另外據(jù)說bacon既有baked的也有g(shù)rilled的，所以好像也不是按是否是肉食分類。我想是不是和溫度有關(guān)？或者grill是通風(fēng)的？
