Other family members take the mother out to dinner or cook dinner for her.Churches houour mothers in their Sunday morning services.Millions of people send their mothers cards and flowers or telephone them to express their good wishes .Carnations are the flowers that are worn on Mother's Day .People wear red carnations to honour living mothers;people whose mothers have died wear white carnations.
