1.In your advertisement,customers can get 3 blank tapes free by buying your walkman,but I didn't get them.
2.You also make it clear in your advertisement that the headphone includes a pair of protection sponge and I also didn't get that.
3.The switch of volume is broken.
4.The walkman doesn't work now.
5.I supposed to get a 20% discount by ordering within a week according to your advertisement,instead,I only get 10% discount.
