It was about 3 a.m.in the morning as the she slowly made her way across the ward.
When you look at nurses from a patient's point of view,it seems that they are the
ones who truly spend a great deal of times in direct contact with patient.Though
they are not allowed to prescribe drugs or wield the scalpel during surgery,they
are the cornerstone of the hospital,helping patients with their most basic need,
comforting them,easing those in pain and saving lives.Though it is such the
noble profession,it takes a very special person to be a nurse as it is a vocation
and a higher calling.No matter how many personal pain and suffering
a nurse goes to,she has to leave all that emotional baggage at the door
the moments she dons the uniform as she steps into the hospital.For the duration
of her work shift she has to shower her care in patients who may or may not
take her for granted.To all nurses,I salute you!
