這個需要自己摸索,每個公司和每個蛋白都不一樣,我的做法,先從1:500開始,如果在其他條件都沒問題得情況下（比如上樣量、二抗背景）,如果熒光很強(qiáng),你可以稀釋,如果條帶淡或者白板,那么你就得增加,比如1:100.一般CST1:500就可以了.Abcam的我用到1:100
