Item needed:radish,carrot,meat-ball,seaweed,bean curd,fish pie,potato,taro,rice,sauce,gelutamate and suger.
Recipe:Boil radish and carrot in the water been left by rice-washing,cook radish,carrot and potato together for 10 minutes.Boil all the items in the Kunbu soup for a quarter.
Steps to make Guandong Boiling:
1.Boil seaweed,sauce in a terrine to make the Kunbu soup;
2.Cut radish into blocks,boil them with the water been left by rice-washing for a quarter;
3.Boil the radish,meat-ball etc with Kunbu soup for 20 minutes then you can enjoy them!
