    as follow.First and foremost,whether attend the training class or not is
    voluntary,all employees who interested can comes to class.The training is not
    a target training.Second,the time arranged in a wrong way.Time be arranged
    in the evening of Friday,so many people go home early just listened half of
    course,some who still in the class are absence of mind.Moreover,the
    motivation is not enough for PR company,even though the manager said that
    employees attended the training class actively will be record in the personal
    document and involves with the salary and promotion in the future.It is
    obvious that lack of motivation for employees to attend the training because
    most employees needed to training is at basic level.What attracts them is the
    immediate interests instead of promotion and so on.
