崗位描述：Duties

- Setup and maintain the accounting and reporting system

- Assist the Financial Director in overseeing legal and tax matters

- Establish, implement and maintain financial system and internal controls

- Prepare monthly management and head office finance reporting and other ad-hoc reporting

- Prepare external reporting as required by government officials

- Cash flow and treasury management

- Liaise with auditors, banks and external specialists
