Mainly responsibilities:
Monitor the daily operation of the General Insurance company and the Agency company
Ensure day to day operational work are complete in accordance with agreed schedule
Control the receipts enrichment for GI Insurance
Monitor the DSF agent compensation system input and review
Supervise and monitor dispatch statement of account for both GI and agency company
Manage the credit control and debt collection of both GI and agency company
Handle inquiries from other departments & Agents/Brokers.
Review and monitor payment requisitions include refund premiums and commission payable.
Control the data entry and unallocated items of agent accounts and follow up process
10.Provide guidance to subordinates to ensure the agreed service standard is met at all times
11.D evelop job knowledge skills and high quality of the team members.
