As we know that more and more humans prefer to work at home than outside because of the increasing rapid development in the field of technology.
However ,every coin has two sides ,so does working at home.There is no doubt that working at home means people can spend time in the way they want,and they will have more chance to take care of their families,especially for many mothers .Absolutely ,working at home also have some disadvantages,such as it may decrease the workers' efficiency ,and may have a great influence on the culture of the very company and the unit of everybody in that company.
On my opinion,I don't agree people should work at home.Here are my reasons :On the one hand,we should know we cannot mix home with our workplace,home is a place we can relax and company is the place where we fight .On the other hand,we should consider that if we bring our work to our family ,there will be much terrible that we may be disturbed by our unfinished work.So,only when we can balance the relationship between work and family will we really succeed.
