語(yǔ)法完全正確,但是在修辭方面需要商榷,主要以下幾點(diǎn)：
一、The information contained in this design is the sole property by myself.
1.information倒是事實(shí)或數(shù)據(jù)的匯總,但卻是個(gè)抽象名詞,如果改為facts and data或者直接用 date 更為具體,
2.contain 表示“由...組成”,如：
Pig iron may contain 4％ of carbon.生鐵可含百分之四的碳.
以上例句表示由...組成的“包括”,排除了carbon 以外的成分.設(shè)計(jì)中還有的東西也是需要保護(hù)的,如構(gòu)思、描述數(shù)據(jù)的獨(dú)創(chuàng)文字等,因此用contain就會(huì)把其他東西排除掉.
3.property 改為 copyright 更為貼切；by myself 行文又隨便之嫌,板著面孔申明顯得不夠,不如改為 the designer.
4.sole property 意思是“唯一的產(chǎn)權(quán)”,難道設(shè)計(jì)者就不會(huì)有其他的嗎?
建議修改：All the facts and data in this design are the copyright (或者property right) belonging to the designer only.
二、any reproduction in part or as a whole without the written permission by designer is prohibited.
1.單用 reproduction 不夠,再加上 plagiarize 就會(huì)更全面,而且也和后面的所表述的部分或全部有了呼應(yīng)；
2.既然前面是 in part,as a whole 改為 in whole 更好,何況 as a whole 只表明作為全部的照搬,顯得不夠嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)；
3.the written permission 是否改為 the permission with written authorization
建議修改：Any reproduction or plagiarize in part or in whole without the permission with written authorization by the designer is prohibited.
