1.Freedom is not free
Freedom is not free,as many people say.You can take a freeway to major cities now.But,it does not mean it is really free.Some people have to work on it; either to build it or to maintain it.They have to get paid.The government can pay them with wages and then get money back from taxes.Or,the drivers have to pay them at pay stataions on the freeway.
There is nothing as absolute freedom.We have to work with each other and keep a good order of everything.Then,we can have a society of freedom.
2.Housing in China
When you mention the house in China,most people will sigh,because the price is so high that a college graduate with a good salary can buy only one square meter with his annual income.The problem gets worse because most Chinese value houses so much that they will not get married without a house.It is very embarrassing for the young men especially,because in China men are supposed to have a house before getting married.The girls would rather marry an older man with a house than marry a young lover without a house.
But things can be different if Chinese are willing to get married with a rental apartment or a rental house,like many youngsters in USA.If most people are doing that,the house price may drop.At the same time,the young couple will be able to move around to get better jobs.If so,you do not have to sigh next time when you talk about the house in China.
