Both buyers and sellers hereby acknowledge and agree that the contract number first above written in the indicia of the transaction contemplated by the parties hereunder and notwithstanding that the parties may re-execute this contract due to any amendments the parties may agree,such re-executed contract bounding the same contract number shall be deemed as one contract and the latter shall prevail.
