1.The discharging rate is 8000 mt per WWD (weather working day) of 24 consecutive hours or pro rata for part thereof,including Saturdays,Sundays and holidays,irrespective of cargo size.
2.Demurrage/despatch rates to be agreed upon a vessel’s nomination and becomes payable within 15 (fifteen) days after presentation and confirmation of faxed copies of demurrage/despatch calculation and supporting documents (Notice of Readiness and Statement of Facts).
3.The Buyer has to discharge the vessel at one good safe berth,shifting to the second discharging berth/place to be for Buyer’s account/time if permitted by master/ship owner.
4.A notice of readiness (N.O.R.) for discharging is to be given by the master upon arrival on the outer road Port of discharge (WIBON / WIPON / WIFPON / WECCON).In case the nominated discharge port is in Yangtze River,N.O.R.to be tendered at CJK (Changjiangkou Anchorage).
