Two frogs
A group of frogs were traveling through the woods,and two of them fell into a deep pit.When the other frogs saw how deep the pit was,they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead.The two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump up out of the pit
with all their might.The other frogs kept telling them to stop,that they were as good as dead.Finally,one of the frogs took heed to what the other frogs were saying and gave up.He fell down and died.
The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could.Once again,the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die.He jumped even harder and finally made it out.When he got out,the other frogs said,"Did you not hear us?" The frog explained to them that he was deaf.He thought they were encouraging him the entire time.
身陷囹固的兩只青蛙
一群青蛙在穿越樹林,其中兩個掉進了一個深坑.當其他的青蛙看到那個坑那么深,他們告訴那兩個青蛙他們和死了一樣,沒希望逃出來了.兩個青蛙沒聽他們的話,使盡全身力氣想跳出來.其他的青蛙一直對他們說停下來吧,不可能跳出來了.最后,其中一只青蛙聽取了其他青蛙的說法,放棄了.他掉落了下去,死了.
另外一只青蛙繼續(xù)全力地跳著.再一次的,上面的青蛙群對他喊,別那么痛苦了,放棄吧.而他卻跳得更有勁了,最后竟然跳了出來.他出來以后,其他青蛙問,“你沒聽見我們說什么嘛?”這只青蛙解釋說,他是聾的.
他以為他們從始至終一直在鼓勵他!
