英文里面說 “他們的一個(gè)朋友”用a good friend 【of theirs】,“他們【眾多好朋友中的】一個(gè)（好朋友）”.這里的theirs指的是their friends他們（眾多）的朋友.
而不用 a friend of them,用中文思維的直接翻譯容易寫成them,但英文這里不用賓格,所以要把后面是them的都排除,只能選B了.
類似還有“我的一個(gè)朋友”用she is a friend of mine而不是she is a friend of me
